XXVIII State Conference of the FEAE

On November 15th, 16th and 17th will take place the XXVIII State Conference of the Forum of Administrators of Education in Spain (FEAE). This is intended to reflect, debate and share, among other points, effective educational attention to diversity, and how to adapt the educational action depending on the situation of families and the socioeconomic context.

The FEAE believes that attention to diversity is the cornerstone on which education will be based, since only pedagogical attention to inclusiveness can respond to all the needs of the educational community. This paradigm must be the primary object of teaching, and from this mission, to dynamize projects, work in coordination, evaluate and manage personally, economically, and administratively. The situations and the socioeconomic contexts are changing, the reality itself is also changing, and the people more; and demanding effective educational attention, therefore, it requires the continuous exchange of experiences, training in skills and specialized techniques to be able to make decisions in each situation. And the reason for the XXVIII State Conference of the FEAE is to reflect and find potential proposals and solutions to address these issues.

A large number of members of the EDO-UAB are associated with the European Forum of Education Administrators in Catalonia and participate in the board and editorial committee of the journal, being the official headquarters of the same the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the University Autonomous University of Barcelona.
