XVI Knowledge Management CoP meeting

On Thursday, January 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom, Sergi Mussons will participate as a speaker in the Knowledge Management Community of Practice where he will discuss the benefits of "agile organizations" and how to manage an organization under that change. of paradigm. The world is increasingly changeable, chaotic and unpredictable, and our organizations are more complex and expensive to operate. Those known as "agile organizations" are better prepared to quickly adapt to changes in their environment and offer improvements in their service. In addition to this greater ability to adapt, we must add a 50% reduction in its structure cost and a greater involvement of its collaborators.

The Knowledge Management CoP is made up of experts and professionals linked to the Creation and Management of Knowledge who meet periodically with the aim of analyzing different experiences linked to this field of work in organizations. Specifically, experiences with a long history have been analysed, among others, in the field of educational, health, justice, communication and research organizations.
