XI CoP – the value of knowledge

On this occasion, the session, which took place in virtual mode, had the participation of Miguel Ángel Jiménez González, Director of the Saltoki Foundation. Jiménez shared with the participants his experience on how knowledge and learning management has added value to his organization, and also to his environment. He also explained the collaboration ties established with associations and training centers with students who are unemployed or with people at risk of social exclusion as a tool to help reinforce knowledge management with the environment.

The CoP in Knowledge Management is made up of experts and professionals linked to the Creation and Management of Knowledge who meet periodically with the aim of analyzing different experiences related to this field of work in organizations. Specifically, experiences with a wide range have been analyzed, among others, in the field of educational, health, justice, communication and research organizations.
