David Rodríguez-Gómez, member of CRiEDO, will take part in ECER 2025 in Belgrade with the presentation titled “Towards an intergenerational learning culture in university work contexts: a preliminary approach”, co-authored with Diego Castro-Ceacero.
The presentation shares initial findings from the COIIN project – Intergenerational Organisational Culture in Research Centres and Teams at Spanish Universities (ref. PID2023-148993NB-I00), which aims to analyse the relationship between intergenerational organisational culture and the performance of research teams in university settings.
The project is structured in three phases, combining mixed and qualitative methodologies, and also seeks to design a model to promote this intergenerational culture. The findings contribute to conceptualising Intergenerational Organisational Culture as a key factor in the professional development of research staff.
