Teacher training

On 4^th of July, several members linked to the Organizational Development Team of UAB have participated in an updating teaching day organized by the subunit of Educational Organization and Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This have had two objectives: on one hand present new didactical strategies related to using social networks in university classes, and also improving content coordination of different subjects, through an online space where teachers can share their resources and stuff for other to be used in teaching in other degrees.

This action is part of the activities of coordination and improvement of teachers from organizational field in the Applied Pedagogy Department of UAB, and with the financial support of that same department. It is impotant to recll that this group of professionals received Jaume Vicens Vives award in 2013 as a recognition of their more than 30 years of work for improving teaching and learning, creating equipment and resources for teaching, spreading good practices in seminars and congresses, updating contents of subjects and its adaptation to EHEA and research on practice publishing scientific articles about higher education. Part of the studies carried on by this group, has been linked to EDO in the last 15 years.
