Start Master Management Educational Innovation Centers

This first face-to-face session on October 15 and 16 is intended to start the training program and create a space for analysis and reflection on the management function and its role in the processes of change and innovation. These two days are intended to lay the foundations for the development of the course, learn about the virtual campus with which you are going to work, establish the general guidelines for the development of the different activities and introduce the first four units of the master's degree.

The Official Master's Degree in Educational Innovation Center Management offers specialized training recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, aimed at education professionals who wish to expand and acquire the necessary skills for the management and management of educational and training centers.

The program, with a clear focus on the analysis and promotion of educational innovation, is the result of the need to provide professionals in the field of education with skills that allow them to efficiently develop the management and leadership of educational centers. The master's degree is also aimed at other professionals who carry out management activities in the field of training or socio-cultural institutions with an educational focus.

The objectives of the program are:

• Critically analyze and evaluate the regulatory framework and the administrative and economic guidelines that regulate the operation of educational institutions.
• Promote personal change in knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities of directors of educational centers, related to the needs of their professional practice, the requirements of the immediate context and the educational system.
• Effectively use the procedures and tools of the management function and leadership in educational organizations.
• Prepare a personal synthesis of the whole program translating into management projects.
