Today our colleague Georgeta Ion will participate in a telepresence seminar organized by Fundación iberCaja.

The presentation will explore the potential of evaluation processes for the development of professional self-regulation of teachers in primary schools in Catalonia. Ion will present strategies and good practices that improve teaching activity in the classroom and in the center. The results come from the ARMIF project (2017): Self-assessment strategies for self-regulation of learning and teacher professional development.

The objective of the project was to advance the teaching intervention (validating and incorporating new teaching-learning modalities, focusing especially on those that favor competence self-regulation), evidencing its effects on the learning process and competence development, from the teachers' perspective. in training and active teachers. The project offered guidelines for action both in faculties and schools, providing evidence of its effects.
