Defence of the final projects of the Master in School Management for Educational Innovation.
The defence of the final projects of the Master's in School Management for Educational Innovation took place on December 16th in the afternoon. The main objective is to offer a sufficiently broad training in order to meet the training needs of; teachers who want to access to management positions and other professionals who are developing management activities in the formative or socio-cultural institutions field with a clearly educational approach.
The researches that were defended were based on the following topics:
- Level tracking "Re-planning of the groupings of students in the San Clemente school".
- Cycle tracking "Re-planning of the groupings of students in the San Clemente school".
- Promotion and development of the library space at the Son Oliva primary school.
- Learning environments in primary education.
- Innovation project for the dissemination of the Club de Leones Cruz del Sur special school.
- Implementation of the ISO standard in VET of the Lluis Companys secondary school.
- Detection of the families’, students’ and teachers’ satisfaction of the Sant Bernat Calvó school: intervention proposal.
- Teaching special sports regime. Analysis of the resistance to innovation/change processes in the centre high-performance institute.
The program is recognized by the Education Department of the Generalitat of Catalonia as basic training for access to the headmaster function.
