Remodelling training for employment

Next 17th of June, from 9:30 to 15:00, it celebrates a Training Conference that will analyse how the training plans of enterprises are affected by the changes incorporated in RDL 4/2015, a remodellation of professional training for employment in workplace. This conference, specially addressed to directors of human resources and training and development technicians, has the following purposes:
- Presenting normative changing introduced by Real Decreto Ley 4/2015.
- Inform about how enterprises should adapt to this new legislative situation.
- Identify how RDL 4/2015 affects to the development of a Training plan and its ways of funding.
- Working from concrete cases in cost allocation and justification.

The Conference, organized all together by AEFOL and SIPADAN, with the collaboration of EDO-SERVEIS, will be developed in IDEC seat (C/ Balmes, 132 – Barcelona), and will count with the participation of Sergio Oliva, SIPADAN’s CEO.

Oliva is an expert in management of Continuous Training, and Training Plans, 23 years in training sector and more than 7 years teaching courses, technical workshops and conferences around Spain in legislative matters of Professional Training for employment, addressed to Responsible of Training and Development, Training technitians, Human Resources, Consultants, Organizations and Institutions.
