Regulated professional training in Andalucía
Professor Inmaculada Aznar and Maria Pilar Cáceres, both EDO members of the University of Granada, published a reflection on vocational training in Andalucía through the perception of management teams in the Journal of Science of Education .
"Regulated professional training in Andalucía through the perceptions of the management teams from an organizational dimension" is the title of the contribution published in the issue of No. 228 October-December, Journal of Sciences of Education.
The contribution considers the recent incorporation of regulated professional training in secondary education institutions in Andalucia, at the same time, the limited studies on the functioning of these centers justify the new contribution of which the research descriptive presents, through a survey method (Likert scale), to analize the perceptions of the management teams of these centers in Andalucia at the organizational level. Among the most relevant results are improving relations with the outside world (family, centres in the zone and business related to professional training) and appropriately restructuring the spaces and times, providing more resources and optimizing the existing ones.
In this respect the authors, please notice that on February 1st , Dr. Maria Pilar Cáceres has been nominated as Contracted Lecturer at the University of Granada.
