The conclusions of the 8th International EDO Congress (CIEDO 2025), held on June 4, 5, and 6 at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, are now available for consultation.
Under the theme “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Knowledge Management and Organizations in Society 5.0”, the congress brought together 362 experts and specialists from Europe and Latin America to discuss the challenges and opportunities that AI presents in the educational and organizational fields.
The conclusions summarize the main contributions, reflections, and proposals that emerged during the keynote speeches, round tables, and presentations, offering a comprehensive overview of the most relevant debates in the areas of education, innovation, and organizational development.
Among the key ideas highlighted by the Scientific Committee are:
- Continuous training and shared knowledge as strategic pillars for organizational development.
- The need to manage informal knowledge, promote learning communities, and encourage networked collaboration.
- The role of AI as a key tool for smarter, more inclusive, and sustainable management, with a strong focus on ethics, equity, and integral human development.
