REDU-CAT presented at the Institute of Education Sciences

On November 27, the REDU-CAT project was introduced at the Institute of Education Sciences (ICE) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as part of the program supporting educational transformation and improvement.

The session, led by Georgeta Ion, brought together professionals dedicated to educational development and innovation, both within and beyond the university setting. The meeting focused on tools to guide schools through processes of reflection and evidence-based change. In this context, the REDU-CAT Project was presented—a government-funded initiative by the Department of Education and Professional Training, aimed at promoting the use of research evidence in the improvement of schools across Catalonia.

This collaborative space highlighted the importance of creating synergies between universities and schools to strengthen a teaching culture grounded in analysis, reflection, and informed decision-making.

At REDU-CAT, we continue working to drive educational transformation with rigor, quality, and impact.
