On Friday 8th April an online meeting of all the partners participating in the PRUNAI project was held.

Last Friday, April 8, a new meeting of the PRUNAI project was held in which researchers from all the Spanish universities involved (U. de Barcelona, ​​UAB, U. de Léon, U. Valencia, U. de Granada and U. .). of Sevilla). During the meeting, the development of the second phase of the research was planned, whose objective is to analyze the intergenerational learning processes among university professors based on a multiple case study.

The PRUNAI - University and Intergenerational Learning project aims to combine research and innovation to analyze Intergenerational Learning (ILL) processes among university faculty and, on the other hand, to validate an IEL model among faculty that contributes to learning and organizational development. .

The results obtained should not only allow a deeper understanding of the development of intergenerational learning in our universities, as well as its link to informal, organizational learning and knowledge management, but should also provide guidelines and tools that facilitate decision-making. decisions and allow the effective development of intergenerational learning proposals in universities, desirably contributing to an improvement in their functioning and, ultimately, to an increase in the quality of our higher education system.
