The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports (MEFPD) has announced a new call for applications for scholarships aimed at specialized training in educational areas and subjects within the scope of the Directorate-General for Evaluation and Territorial Cooperation.
The objective of the program is to offer applied specialized training in key areas of the educational system, promoting the active participation of beneficiaries in the training activities carried out by the administrative units responsible for the MEFPD’s training plans. The training will take place at the facilities of the National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INEE).
The scholarships have a duration of 12 months and offer a monthly stipend of €1,234. To apply for these scholarships, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold Spanish nationality, or be a national of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, and have legal residence in Spain at the time of joining.
- Hold the required academic qualification for each profile, obtained after January 1, 2021.
- Not have previously been awarded a similar MEFPD scholarship in earlier calls.
- Not fall under any of the prohibitions established in Article 13 of the General Subsidies Law.
The call includes five training profiles linked to different areas of work within the INEE:
- Activities related to international assessments of the educational system.
- Activities related to national assessments of the educational system.
- Activities involving data evaluation and analysis.
- Layout design and social media management.
- Activities related to Eurydice-REDIE.
Each profile includes specific qualification requirements, such as:
- University Degrees and/or Master’s Degrees in fields related to education or statistics.
- Higher Technician qualifications in Graphic Arts, Plastic Arts and Design in Printed Graphics, Graphic Design, or equivalent studies.
- Technician qualification in Digital Prepress.
The deadline for submitting applications is April 9th, 2026.
