New coordinator MURE-E2

Relay in the coordination of Specialty 2 of the Master's Degree in Research in Education (MURE).
Professor Maria del Mar Duran is the new coordinator of Specialty 2 "Development and management of organizations for change", of the Master of Research in Education (MURE), taking the testimony in the position of professor Diego Castro, who has been the coordinator in recent years.
Maria del Mar has a degree in Philosophy and Letters and a PhD in Pedagogy from the UAB and has been a professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy since 1995. She specializes in training for the constitution and management of work groups and teams in educational contexts. She investigates the dynamics of business groups and organizations, public administration, different levels of the educational system and universities, focusing on issues of leadership, knowledge management and gender. She has published the results of the research carried out both in books from prestigious publishers, as well as in magazines of national and international impact.
The Official Master's Degree in Research in Education is aimed at professionals and graduates interested in deepening research and educational innovation. Enables to innovate, evaluate and research in education and enables to start the doctorate. The E2 Specialty deals in depth with research, change and innovation in educational organizations; the different research approaches in planning and management in this type of institution and research based on learning and knowledge technologies (TAC). The master's degree (60 credits) can be completed in one or two years. Classes are held from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at the UAB.
