Modules of the Master in teaching and university management in Panama
EDO's members carry out activities in SENACYT from Panamá and UNACHI from December 11th to 15th.
The director of the EDO Group, Joaquín Gairín, has travelled to Panama to attend different activities related to the master's program proposed by the EDO. In this sense, during the week of December 11th to 15th, Gairín has took part on the pertinent teaching modules of Development and academic improvement about the Master in training and university management at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí.
The contents are related to programs for development, with examples of different training plans, and evaluation systems and models as well as Organizational Development strategies.
The master's degree is aimed at university professors and managers as well as higher education professionals motivated by reflection and innovation in university teaching. The master's degree allows us to analyse the current trends in the organization of university teaching, develop competences related to the planning and performance of academic evaluation and promote the exchange of experiences related to institutional development.
In addition, the week will also serve to support the development of master thesis, which will be presented from March 14 to 18, and analyse with the National Secretariat of Science and Technology of Panama (SENACYT) and the celebration of a new edition of the Master in Education (specialized on Mathematics Didactics).
