The work presented has been prepared by Arturo Galán, professor at the UNED, Elvira Congosto, from the UCM, and Mireia Tintoré, from the UIC. It was about showing the preliminary results of an investigation within the "Leadership Program for the Comprehensive Development of Children in Disadvantaged Contexts- LEI Program" that they have been carrying out since 2019. This program is coordinated in Spain by the European Society and Education Foundation and sponsored by the Porticus Iberia Foundation.
The communication presented shows the leadership situation in eight centers in vulnerable environments, whose management teams participated in a pilot training course on LEI leadership.
