Marina Tomàs takes the place of a Full Time Professor of the UAB
Marina Tomás has won its participation for the faculty's access to full time professors of the University that took place in the Department of Pedagogy of the UAB.
Marina Tomás, EDO's member, defended her academic career on Friday, January 19th, at 10:30 in the competition for access to the faculty of the University promoted by the UAB and to the Department of Applied Pedagogy.
In this sense, the position put to tender by the Department of Applied Pedagogy was to seek for a teaching profile focused on the Direction and Leadership of Educational Institutions, within the area of knowledge of Didactics and School Organization. Therefore, it should be a person who dominates the organizational culture, leadership and change management and influence of gender in the professional development of the university.
Professor Tomás has passed the competition and has therefore been proposed to the Rector to occupy the position of Professor, becoming the first woman in the Department of Applied Pedagogy to achieve it. Congratulations!
