Latin-American Course of management, coordination and management of programmes and institutions of literacy and education of young people and adults

The innovation and quality in training programs and institutions require global approaches and strategies as well as participatory and democratic processes of qualified management. To intervene effectively in such processes and, above all, to direct them properly, involves training and specialized capacitation.

Being Aware of this, the Centre for Higher University Studies of OEI in conjunction with the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) offers the second edition of this course aiming at acquiring concepts and developing competencies and skills related to leadership, management and administration of systems and training institutions for young people and adults. The objectives of   the programme are specified as:

- To access to specialized and well-pedagogically structured training.

- To respond to the needs of different countries and interested groups in the issue respecting their particularities.

- To share and leverage resources, establishing synergies with the initiatives and experiences.

- To develop a personal synthesis of the training program and reflect on a proposal of implementation through a project of management or innovación.
