Last QUEST coordination meeting

On January 25 and 26, the last coordination meeting of the QUEST project was held at the UAB.
The objective of this meeting was to present all the results obtained during the development of the project, as well as to issue a final assessment of the project and plan the last actions to be carried out before its completion date.The project "QUEST - Quality Essential Skills for Teachers in Online Learning" (Ref.: 2020-1-RO01-KA226-SCH-095357) has been designed as a response to the digital training and learning needs of teachers and reflects the interest and strategic approach towards innovation, development of high-quality learning content of the consortium partners. The project was born to respond to the challenges in education posed by the crisis generated by COVID-19 and whose long-term impacts entail in the training of future and current education and training professionals.In this way, training has been the key element of the QUEST project, coordinated by the Fundatia Romanian Angel Appeal - Apelul Ingerului Roman (Romania), within the Erasmus+ program, and has enabled the three main objectives to be achieved:
- O1: Academic and collaborative development of 5 e-learning modules that address the essential skills for quality online learning (online presence, interaction and dialogue, gamification, instructional design, feedback and evaluation).
- O2: Creation of a European network of teacher trainers for online learning made up of 18 teachers who participate in an advanced course made up of 10 days of training, feedback cycles with end users (students and teachers at local level) and realization of thematic webinars.
- O3: Increase the skills of more than 2,450 teachers so that they can provide quality online teaching, addressing the attraction, interactivity and academic progress of students.
