CRiEDO is seeking candidates for the Juan de la Cierva 2023 grants. These grants, announced by the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2021-2023, aim to promote the incorporation of doctors to complete their postdoctoral research training in Spanish R&D centers.
Candidates must have a doctorate degree obtained between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022 for the general access shift and for the JDC-INIA-CCAA shift, and between January 1, 2020 and 31 December 2022 for the access shift for people with disabilities equal to or greater than 33%.
The selection is based on a competitive process based on their curricular merits and the scientific-technical history of the research team in which they want to join. The deadline for submitting applications for participation will be from January 17 to February 7, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Applications for participation will be presented by the R&D Centers, in accordance with the procedure described in this article. The deadline for the participant to complete and sign the electronic application form will be from January 17 to January 31, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Peninsular time).
The selected persons must formalize the contract within 20 business days following the date of publication of the award resolution. The expected resolution date is November 2024, according to the calendar of the Spanish Investigation Agency.
