On June 2st1 and 22nd, the IX International Seminar dedicated to "The post-pandemic teaching profession: lessons learned and future challenges" was held.

The International Observatory of the Teaching Profession (OBIPD) is a platform for information, discussion, reflection and exchange of knowledge and experiences on the teaching profession from a multidimensional perspective. The substratum of this observatory is nurtured by 70 international institutions and research groups of recognized prestige that since 2010 have joined their efforts and experience in the area. Reports and research can be found on care is the development of the teaching profession in the broadest sense.

The seminar organized on June 21 and 22, from the Organizational Development Team (EDO) was attended by professors Cecilia Inés Suárez, Isabel del Arco Bravo and Joaquín Gairín, where the latter two participated in the discussion table on the post-pandemic teaching profession in Spain and Europe. EDO participates in the activities of the International Observatory of the Teaching Profession (OBIPD)

The OBIPD promotes research and innovation projects and training and dissemination activities aimed at all those interested in the education and professional development of teachers. The observation areas focus on initial training, permanent training, organization, management and direction of centers and pedagogical advice and support.
