I School Management Reception Conference
Activities
On 5th July the I School Management Reception Conference took place to accompany new scholar directors.
The Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya in collaboration with the Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development (CRiEDO), has held the 1st Conference for the reception of new school directors the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in which nearly 200 directors have participated from all over Catalonia.
On this day, the attending directors have been able to share the challenge of leading management teams and teachers through the following program:
- Welcome by Núria Mora Lorente (Secretary of Educational Policies) and Laura Alegre Sanz (Deputy Director General of Management Function and Pedagogical Leadership).
- Lecture: Leading from the heart, lever of change by Carlos Javier Blanch Pelechá, director of Escola de la Mercè (Tortosa)
- Round tamble: moderated by Sònia Blasco Romeo, Responsible for Pedagogical Implementation and Support for Pedagogical Leadership and with the participation of:
- Arturo Ramírez Varela, Director of School Sant Jaume (Prat de Llobregat)
- Laura Roig Martí, Director of High School Joanot Martorell (Esplugues de Llobregat)
- Gaspar Gamisans Noguera, Director of School els Pins i la Zer El Moianès Ponent
- Pau Gaitán Martínez, Director of Institut escola de Castellterçol
- Conxita Gimeno Sorribas, Director of School Montessori of Rubí.
