The internship for Chilean directors Starts
The Internship "Managers as agents of change" for 42 Chilean directors, which is co-organized by FIDECAP and EDO with the support of Ministry of Education of Chile, begins today.
The process of Chilean educational reform supports what the management teams and managers is outlined with a pedagogical leadership net and with guidance to be and act as agents of change. This implies a clear decision towards achieving significant levels of quality educational services offered by school organizations.
It is proper to to think of the directors in this context as a catalyst for institutional change that organizations can learn from their failures and improve their level of development.
La internship offered is aimed at directors in filed, and will be held in Barcelona between during November 1 to 26, 2011, at the premises of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
The program is based on four thematic pillars:
- Schools as learning organizations in change
- the management of people and school leadership
- managers as agents of change
- managers and curriculum management
The internship is funded completely by the Ministry of Education of Chile and is jointly organized by the Organizational Development Team and FIDECAP. Both institutions already have an important history of cooperation in activities of the training of managers for the development of projects for cooperation between Spain and Chile.
