HEIDA Conference
During the 22nd and 23rd of September it has taken place in Istanbul the final conference of the project HEIDA.
September 22-23 colleagues from higher education institutions from Turkey and Europe participated in the project's final conference in Istanbul.
The conference was ideal for those working in internationalization at universities in an international office, academic unit or administrative units such as institutional research, strategic development, technology or data management.
The conference was held at Point Hotel Istanbul and engage participants in practical sessions on the topics of data management for decision making in internationalization through practical applications in partnerships, programs, rankings, international recruitment and others.
For participants it was also the opportunity to learn in detail about the HEIDA online tool and training module as well as a chance to meet and engage with nearly 100 colleagues from 23 countries. The second day of the conference consisted of half-day visits to three of Turkey's top-ranked research universities (Koç University, Boğaziçi University, Sabancı University).
Joaquín Gairín, Georgeta Ion, Xavier Biarnes and Marta Vilalta participated in the Conference as speakers.
