Dr. Guadalupe Palmero Avila, professor at Universidad Juarez Autonoma de Tabasco, Mexico concludes its stay of a month and a half in the EDO group as part of the commitments made in its internal research project on vulnerable groups and within ACCESSING project.

Dr. Palmero and Avila, was carried out between June 19 to July 31 during a research stay in the Organizational Development Team (EDO) Pedagogy Department of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain.

Besides knowing and participate in general research activities of the group, its activities focused on the development of an article entitled "ATTENTION TO THE DISABLED IN THE MEXICAN AND SPANISH UNIVERSITIES: SUBSTANTIVE ASPECTS AND CONTEXTUAL".

The main objective of this paper is to analyze, with the same methodology, which is done in every context, deriving conclusions referring to the common noun already identified context, taking into account the policies, practices and meaningful experiences in Mexico and in Spain.

For the development of this article were mainly theoretical sessions on the subject with information found in books and documents provided by the EDO group, meetings with members of the exchange and visits to institutions dedicated to improving the quality of life of blind and visually impaired in Spain as in the case of ONCE.
