Open access to “Knowledge Management and Organizational Development : Training and Corporate Training”
This text incorporates and expands the reflections in the II International Congress EDO 2012: EDO integrates des teachers of years at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, other universities and experts involved in the development of activities related to the organization direction and change in educational and training organizations . It deals with the creation and management of knowledge in organizations , analysis of roles and professional profiles, the effect of new technologies in training programes assessment and impact of the training , comprehensive risk prevention in environments training and resistance to change , among others.
His first chapter includes the contributions of five international experts on training and corporate training. third and fourth chapters are devoted to training organizations and collected 13 contributions that present new approaches to training , methodologies for learning with ICT tools and , as such , the operation of a community of practice. Thus represent an approach to the new ways of working in organizations and knowledge of technological tools that make it possible.
The CD includes over 50 contributions organized according to the subject and considering trying paragraphs of collective creation and management of knowledge, learning, networking, communities of practice , informal learning , organizational development and other contributions.
