Formative session about teamwork

Maria del Mar Duran took part as a trainer last Friday, April 20, in a training session addressed to the Directors and Directors of the Pedagogical Resources Centers of Catalonia. The Team of the Service of Orientation and Educational Services of the General Direction of ESO and Baccalaureate of the Generalitat de Catalunya, which leads Mrs. Joana Ferrer, promoted this activity, which is framed within the implementation phase of the SCAP Guiding Model (Significance, Communication, Action and Projection of student learning) promoted by this educational team.

The guiding competence model emerges from the theoretical corpus of educational guidance, developed by the Department of Education in the 2011-2012 academic year, and contains the pedagogical principles and the organizational and relationship dynamics of a centre aimed at promoting the success of the student with regard to his autonomy and the development of his project of life. It has as reference the pedagogical models and theories of learning that entangled the pedagogical tradition and is inserted in the approach and competency design of current curricula in Catalonia.

Maria del Mar Duran, Professor Aggregate of the Department of Applied Pedagogy and member of the EDO group. She is specialized in training for the constitution and management of groups and teams of work in educational contexts. Investigate the dynamics of groups and business organizations, public administrations, different levels of the educational and university system, focusing on leadership, knowledge management and gender issues. He has published the results of the research carried out in books of prestigious publishing houses, as well as in journals of national and international impact.
