Xochiquetzalli Molina Mendoza presents this book that analyses management proceedings, reflective debate and dialogues aimed at identifying possible actions that can redefine commitments and responsibilities in educational environments in change.

Xochiquetzalli Molina Mendoza has a Ph.D in Education from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has been working for her doctoral degree since 2010, the title of the thesis which she defended was "Improving managerial leadership from self-reflection of the management proceedings in a Mexican university in context of change . The case of polytechnic high school. "

The publication entitled "Leadership educational management. A way for the construction of open organizations for learning. The case of polytechnic high school " is a summary of the thesis, and presents a study analysing management proceedings, reflective debates and dialogues aimed at identifying actions and redefine commitments and responsibilities in environments of educational change, in order to create organizations of learning (OA). Management leadership is key to improving students´ learning and school management. But managers have to redesign roles, tasks and skills to create OA, a path of change.

There are eight chapters, beginning with the discussion of identifying what they do and think about the management of change in a Polytechnic High School. The 2nd Chapter, is about learning concepts such as organizations of learning, transformational leadership, shared vision and teamwork. Chapter 3 provides polytechnic reform and the role of the leader. The 4th one, is mixed methodology. The 5th Chapter is the subsection of samples of findings, such as higher management position leads to less self-criticism and collaboration; communication and conflict entropy. There are also a few concentrations on decisions . The results show progress in the way of open organizations of learning, from organizational learning.
