EDO-SERVEIS

Marking the start of the new academic year, EDO-Serveis opens a new line of action with Chilean institutions, which aim is to complete the services offered.
EDO-Serveis has opened an intensification new line of the services provided to international institutions and organizations. In the context of this strategic line, one of the interventions will be to establish new links and relationships with Chilean organizations. For that, a campaign with local partners will help to increase the presence in the Andean region.
One of the activities that we are willing to improve it is called Technical Assistance (A.T.) that convene different public and private universities, funded by the World Bank and with the auspice of the Education Ministry, presents monthly collaborations proposals, counsel, report preparation, etc. to experts and international consultants.
Currently, one of these acts it is been developed by Diego Portales Universities of the Santiago city. The A.T. consists in a study of a diagnostic and institutional assessment that allows defining tools for the exit and academic progression of the vulnerable students. This study is developed between July and December of 2016.
The action is divided by three phases that respond to three key questions of the consultant progress: 1 what vulnerable groups exist in institutions? 2 what characteristics and needs present those groups? And 3, what can we, institutionally, do in order to guarantee the exit of their academic progress?
This intervention projects EDO's internationalization in Latin America, and consolidates the line of work about attention to vulnerable groups in our technical team.
