From May 9th to 11th, there will be 4 conferences, 12 symposiums and 8 workshops at the CEFJE and the EAPC.

Under the slogan 'Leadership and management of talent in organizations', the fifth edition of the EDO International Conference (CIEDO) will be held from 9th to 11th May. After the opening act at 9 AM, it will come:

Conferences

Nancy Dixon will make the first conference on Wednesday morning. The professor at the University of North Texas will talk about the steps that must be followed to 'Become a learning organization, talk in a conversation'.

The second day there will be two conferences. First, Juan Freire, from the Monterrey Business School of Technology, will present the lecture 'Leading and learning in the era of continuous innovation', while the founder of RocaSalvatella, Genís Roca, will present 'The transformation of personal environments, professionals and organizations'.

The last day will be the contribution of Duncan Waite, professor of education and community leadership at Texas State University, with the conference 'Against a universal hegemonic educational reform'.

Symposiums

The program is also made up of twelve symposiums, which will be divided into 4 hour slots. Once the first conference has finished on May 9th, there will be the three symposiums on 'The Role of Human Resources and Training in the professional development and management of talent' coordinated by Jesús Martínez; 'Knowledge management as an instrument for organizational and learning improvement', coordinated by Eva Gea and Susana Ramírez; and Xavi Mas, who will coordinate the symposium on 'Digital learning. The training and learning of people in a hyperconnected world? '

Good morning, we will repeat the CIEDO with three symposiums in parallel: 'Corporate networks for the management of learning in organizations', coordinated by Mercedes Catalán; 'Management of talent and learnability', by Isabel Cantón; and 'Consolidated experiences of leadership in organizations of the information society' with Inmaculada Aznar as coordinator.

The next day, Jordi López will coordinate the first of the three symposia that will be carried out after the conference of Juan Freire, entitled 'Evolution of training in public administrations'; Mireia Ochoa will talk about 'Social and corporate learning through the communities of practice: consolidated experiences'; and Joaquin Gairín will present 'Social networks and informal learning in public organizations'.

The last day of the Congress will begin with the last three symposia in parallel. Eulàlia Pla coordinates the symposium on 'Studies and experiences in the management of talent in the field of public management'; Laura Rosillo will talk about 'Transfer of intergenerational knowledge' and David Rodríguez heads the symposium 'Learn working in a network'.

Workshops

In the program of the Congress, there are also up to 8 Workshops that will be held in parallel on Wednesday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. These will be:

  • Workshop with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology
  • Learn to take care of yourself from organizational leadership
  • We will turn the university class: planning and evaluation tools
  • The visualization of information in companies: from data to knowledge
  • A path to the effectiveness of the teams
  • Personal and organizational talent through the Biopolis methodology
  • Gamification and motivation. Playing very seriously
  • The island of birds: the positive relationship that exists between the knowledge of the equipment and its results

Communications and posters

In the same way, the second day will also be carried out 13 parallel work tables where we will talk about issues related to the development of leadership, the different methodologies and strategies for both talent management and knowledge in the Organizations and institutions and different forms of learning, for example, when knitting bridges between training processes and professional development.
