Dr. Nick Milton: First confirmation of the CIEDO 2020

Seven months after the sixth edition of the EDO International Congress (CIEDO 2020), the program takes its final form with the new confirmation of Dr. Nick Milton, who will hold the conference entitled "Knowledge Management in the Organization", on May 7, 2020 at 09:30 a.m.
Milton is the director and co-founder of Knoco Ltd, with more than 25 years of experience in Knowledge Management. Prior to the founding of Knoco, he was working for two years at the center of the team that made BP the leading KM company worldwide. He is also known for being the author and co-author of the following books: "The knowledge administrator manual"; "Design of a successful KM strategy"; "The manual of lessons learned"; "Knowledge management for teams and projects"; "Knowledge management for sales and marketing"; and "Performance through learning: knowledge management in the practice".
Nick Milton is also recognized for his international conferences on Knowledge Management, such as KM World, KM Europe, KMUK, KM Russia, KM Egypt, IAPG Argentina, IKM Jakarta, KM Singapore, KM Brazil, and next May at CIEDO 2020 where the theme of the congress will be 'The new knowledge management'.
In this edition, the theme of the Congress will deal with “The new knowledge management”, and with it the following objectives will be pursued:
- Analyze and discuss new approaches and strategies used for the processes of creation and management of collective knowledge
- Encourage the exchange of research, experiences and good practices on the promotion of conversation and social and informal learning in the workplace
- Assess new learning formats, collective intelligence and social participation in the development of professionals and their organizations
- Promote joint lines of work between University, Public Administration and private sector on the creation and management of collective knowledge
- Share and promote the key role of people in the development of organizations and society, making compatible personal, professional, institutional and social developments.
