Some members of CRiEDO and EDO participated in the XVII Congress CIOIE 2023.
On November 8, 9 and 10, 2023, the XVII International Congress of Organization of Educational Institutions (in spanish, XVII Congreso Internacional de Organización de Instituciones Educativas, CIOIE 2023) was held in Oviedo. (CIOIE 2023) a Oviedo. This conference periodically convenes university professors and researchers, managers and managers, those responsible for educational policies, organization advisors, specialists and scholars of aspects related to the issues they address given the impact on formal, informal and non-formal education. The conferences and invited presentations, the simultaneous symposiums, the project tables, the communications and the posters that participate in this congress contribute to better understanding the reality of the organizations.
CRiEDO and EDO, participated in the following conferences:
- Professor Isabel Del Arco, member of the EDO-UdL group, presented the symposium “The power of healthy organizations in a digitalized society: from theory to action”, in which Anabel Ramos-Pla and Òscar Flores Alarcia also participated, both members of EDO-UdL.
- Professor Mireia Tintoré, from the EDO-UIC group, participated with a paper entitled “Another form of intermediate leadership is possible. Middle tier leadership”, within the Symposium organized by Professor Isabel Cantón Mayo, “Intermediate Leadership: review, experiences, proposals and emerging culture”.
- The Orienta4VET project team, coordinated by professor and CRiEDO member Patricia Olmos, presented the symposium entitled“Innovating in the way vocational training is delivered: Educating instructional strategies to improve retention and prevent dropout”, in which the professors and members of CRiEDO Joaquín Gairín, José Luís Muñoz Moreno and Anna Díaz participated.
- Professors Joaquín Gairín Sallán and Aleix Barrera presented a communication on the design of governance plans for training centers in the bioeconomy sector.
- Finally, David Rodríguez and Aleix Barrera, both members of the CRiEDO executive committee, will present the activity of the research center together with the director of the center Joaquín Gairín.
