Creation of collaborative cultures
Professor Mireia Tintoré has presented a communication in the second session of the Aprfundim Seminar.
Within the framework of the Educational Transformation Laboratory, an initiative of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the second session of the thematic seminar "We deepen leadership in the organization and management of the centre" took place. The session, led by Professor Mireia Tintoré, was entitled: "Creation of collaborative cultures" and developed aspects such as leadership styles that favour the creation of collaborative cultures in educational centres, why create this type of cultures, with who to create them and, finally, how to create them from various international examples.
The session was completed with an interesting colloquium in which members of the Laboratory addressed the different topics previously discussed.
