CIEDO 2025 brings together international experts to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge management and organizations.
On June 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2025, the Autonomous University of Barcelona hosted the 8th International EDO Congress (CIEDO 2025), organized by the Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development (CRiEDO), the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training (CEJFE), and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC). Under the theme “The impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge management and organizations in Society 5.0”, the congress became a space for dialogue and reflection for more than 300 professionals, researchers, and institutional leaders from around the world.
Over the course of three days, the program featured 4 keynote lectures, 10 symposia, 3 thematic conversations, more than 40 paper presentations and posters, as well as workshops and networking spaces. The topics addressed key issues such as leadership in digital environments, institutional governance, digital ethics and responsibility, and the use of emerging technologies such as virtual reality, educational robotics, and generative AI.
Among the keynote speakers were renowned figures such as Andrés Ortega Klein, Xavier Marcet, Donald Clark, and Joaquín Gairín, who offered critical and inspiring insights into the challenges and opportunities posed by digital transformation in organizations.
CIEDO 2025 has strengthened its position as an international benchmark in the field of organizational learning and knowledge management, reaffirming CRiEDO’s commitment to knowledge transfer and educational innovation.
