Aleix Barrera attends the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Erasmus+ program in Brussels.

On December 14, the event to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Erasmus+ program took place in Brussels. This meeting brought together representatives of all sectors that have benefited from this financing program over the years. The event featured speakers from beneficiary organisations, individual Erasmus+ participants, national agencies and founders of the Erasmus+ programme.

The general objective of the Erasmus+ Program is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in the fields of education, training, youth and sport, within Europe and outside its territory, thus contributing to sustainable growth, quality employment and social cohesion, in addition to promoting innovation and promoting European identity and active citizenship. Consequently, the Program will be a key instrument to develop a European Education Area and support European strategic cooperation in the field of education and training, with its corresponding sectoral agendas. In turn, it is essential to promote cooperation in the field of youth policies within the framework of the EU Youth Strategy for the period 2019-2027 and to develop the European dimension in sport.

Currently, CRiEDO participates in 7 projects financed within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, specifically in the lines of Higher Education (D-Emind and D-Eva), School Education (EIPSI, INERSTICE and QUEST), Professional Education (O4VET) and Youth (Bio-Youth).
