Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona has received funding for the implementation of higher digital training programs for teachers, which allows us to offer a total of 100 free places at level C1 and 100 more places for the completion of the C1+Diploma of Specialization in Digital Competence for Teachers that we have been teaching since 2019 under the coordination of the Research and Studies Center for Organizational Development and the Postgraduate School for the 2023-2024 academic year.
The Digital Competence for Teachers training responds to the training needs of teachers in early childhood, primary and secondary education in the knowledge, use, and mastery of digital technologies in education. The set of training offered is located at level C1 of the Catalan Framework published in 2022, in line with BOE No. 116, of May 16, 2022, through the Resolution of May 4, 2022.
These are programs that are fully subsidized by the Next Generation Catalonia funds for early childhood, primary and secondary teachers from any public or private center in Catalonia. Upon completion of the program, teachers would receive a C1 certificate of achievement, and those who complete the Specialization Diploma itinerary can also request the accreditation title for it.
