This report on the sixth hour sets out the characteristics of the different models for implementing the measure and the technical, social and political effects it has had. It also presents a series of proposals on the direction of the process, training and staff forecasting, organisational reinforcement, monitoring and evaluation of quality, and the regulations to be applied. The vision it offers is a contrasting one from the perspectives of the system, the educational centres and the social agents.
