Reconstruir la universidad a través del cambio cultural

This publication, “Reconstructing the university through cultural change”, is the result of research carried out during the period 1999-2003 and subsequent studies and experiences carried out in recent years. This research was recognized by the university itself in the first year and subsequently by the Ministry of Science and Technology (BSO 2000-2006). For this reason, throughout the text, we refer to the CCUC 2004 team, which is where the final report of the aforementioned investigation is collected. CCUC is the acronym of the name that identifies the subject of our original research: cultural change in Catalan universities at the beginning of the 21st century. During all these years, the team has been made up of a series of professors from different universities with different backgrounds, profiles, ages, dedication and areas of knowledge. This diversity in the team was considered from the beginning an enriching element to describe the institutional culture from different perspectives. Along with the basic team, other people have participated and collaborated in a more specific and timely manner.
