This work aims to deepen the understanding and analyze the processes of change and self-evaluation in educational centers. The plot thread that articulates the different chapters that make up the book integrates the identification and study of various components of educational scenarios, which are associated with the levels of impact achieved. The particularity of some of these components is that they are not always evident to the naked eye and, therefore, specific analysis devices are required for their identification and study. Throughout the proposal, a series of reflections emerge that highlight the levels of vulnerability of any change process and the need to take precautions for its sustainability, which are not always taken into account. As the author points out, “avoid trivializing the implementation of processes that are complex.”
