Educational centers organize their activity based on action plans and programs. While some of these are regulated in terms of content and frequency, others are optional and typically respond to the centers’ own organizational needs. The book places special emphasis on the “new” requirements for planning the action plans and programs of educational institutions. It offers insights such as: planning effectively to properly systematize educational management; moving from partial and occasional planning to comprehensive planning; and ensuring coherence among the various plans and programs of action.
