The most useful organizations for today’s society are those that are capable of adapting to changes and of giving the most appropriate responses at all times. We are talking about organizations that are embedded in the environment, flexible and that have continuous evaluation and learning mechanisms. They are living organizations, open to the permanent review of their actions, to changes in structures and processes necessary to avoid errors and that are capable of continually redesigning themselves.
This text compiles and frames significant contributions on the current state of reflection and practices linked to the organization and operation of organizations based and developed on the creation and management of collective knowledge.
Learning in the workplace, the development of communities of professional practice, the culture of permanent learning, the management of collective knowledge, enriched work environments and social networks at the service of organizational development are topics that are widely addressed through reflections, intervention models, strategies and instruments.
