The involvement of the management in innovation processes at the end of the teaching centers is every moment questioned. In fact, it would be difficult to present studies and experiences on most of the educational reality without the active participation of the management. Particular importance is attached to the involvement of the management teams at times when the autonomy of the centers is being promoted. If at high levels of dependence on the educational system the role of the directives is limited to managing external demands and exercising control processes, acting in contexts of autonomy requires greater involvement in the definition and development of institutional projects. props From this perspective, the dynamic role of the teams of teachers, facilitators of participation and referents for the resolution of conflicts should be enhanced. The new demands demand, now, a greater involvement of teachers, peers and students in the functioning of educational centers and a team effort in the general and management sphere. The complexity of the educational fet and the variety of activities that it calls for new management strategies and train the anachronism of an automatic direction and sovint individualism. This work aims to donate and respond to the new demands raised through the results of an investigation funded by the Educational Information and Documentation Center of the Ministry of Education and Science (resolution of May 16, 1995) and which will end in 1999.
