The study analyses management actions, debates and reflective dialogues, aimed at identifying daily actions and redefining commitments and responsibilities in environments of educational change, in order to create learning organisations (LO). Management leadership is key to improving student learning and school management. However, managers must redesign roles, tasks and skills to create LO, a path to change. Eight chapters are presented, starting with the debate to identify what managers do and think about change in a Polytechnic Baccalaureate. The 2nd, deals with concepts such as learning organisations, transformational leadership, shared vision and teamwork. Chapter 3 provides the reform of the Polytechnic and the role of the leader. Chapter 4, looks at the mixed methodology. A 5th section shows findings, such as that the higher the management position, the lower the self-criticism and collaboration; communication conflicts and entropy; also the concentration of decisions in a few. The results show progress on the path of organizations open to learning, based on organizational learning.
