This text contains and expands on the reflections made within the framework of the II International EDO Congress 2012. For years, EDO has been bringing together professors from the UAB, other universities and specialists interested in the development of activities related to the organization, management and change in educational and training organizations. Chapter I contains the contributions of five international experts on training. Chapters II, III and IV are dedicated to training in organizations and contain contributions that present new approaches to training and new ways of working in organizations. The CD contains more than 50 contributions grouped into the following sections: creation and management of collective knowledge, networked learning, communities of practice, informal learning, organizational development, links between training and organizational development and other contributions.
