Liderazgo del equipo directivo: estrategias de innovación para el desarrollo del plan de mejoramiento educativo en ambientes escolares vulnerables

The study analyzes the role of management teams in vulnerable educational settings, highlighting that leadership must be human, strategic, and community-oriented in order to reduce inequalities. It shows how understanding the social context helps improve educational practices, protect students, and promote a more equitable education. The research combines a theoretical framework with fieldwork conducted in the Biobío region (Chile).
