The organization and attention to diversity in secondary education centers in Latin America. Reflections and experiences” is the new title of the RedAGE Report Series. It collects the vision of 41 specialists from 13 Latin American countries on the reality and perspectives of attention to diversity in secondary education centers. The focus, at this educational stage, has to do with the consideration that, currently, it is the time of schooling where more dropouts occur and where possibilities for the possible access to higher studies of the most capable are opened or limited. The orientation of the writings has to do with the aims and objectives of the Support Network for Educational Management (RedAGE); also with the conviction, on the part of those who write, that the organizational context acts as an amplifier or limiter of the actions directed to the training of schoolchildren.
