La cultura de la colaboración. Reto para una enseñanza de calidad

Culture is the set of values, beliefs and principles that guide the activity of an organization and differentiate it from others. To speak of organizational culture is to recognize that within each center there is an organizational structure, forms of interrelation, practices of action and belief systems, traditions, values and symbols that make up a certain way of acting and a reality of peculiar and idiosyncratic meanings.
The text presented aims to delimit the basic and differential aspects of the collaborative culture existing in educational centers, to propose which would be the most appropriate culture to develop with the objective of being in harmony with the demands posed by the environment and to facilitate some ideas that allow the generation of this change.
