The objectives of the 8th EDO International Congress “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Knowledge Management and Organizations in Society 5.0” are: To analyse and discuss new approaches and strategies used in the processes of creating and managing collective knowledge in Society 5.0. To assess the impact that artificial intelligence is having on knowledge management and on organizations. To promote the exchange of research, experiences and good practices regarding the relationships between artificial intelligence, the creation and management of collective knowledge, and the demands of Society 5.0. To deepen the understanding of artificial intelligence tools and utilities for the promotion and development of professional practice communities.
