Since 2010, the EDO group has organized annual International Conferences with the aim of presenting the different actions carried out by its subgroups, while also serving as a platform for the dissemination of the group and the search for synergies between its members and entities external.
For this year 2012, the EDO has prepared Conferences that will revolve around the research, innovation and transfer that occurs on the basis of Organizational Development. For this reason, the sessions have been structured in such a way that the different subgroups can present the activities they do in this line and, at the same time, it will focus on those projects that are currently being developed and that, due to their scale or subject matter, are of special interest for the group.
The conference will also be a space to carry out a training activity on Coaching for managers taught by the expert Carmen Valls.
Finally, in the days following the Conference, the II International EDO Congress “Creation and Management of Knowledge and Organizational Development: training and corporate training” will be held, jointly organized by the EDO team and the Centre d’Estudis Jurídics i Formació Especialitzada de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
